I have read something where abaut "CwebMail", but it seems dont work, or maybe have made something wrong.
With or without Cwebmail, i have to do this.
The only solution is to pay the fee to msn services?

Greetings, HenriqueCorreia !

To configure Hotmail in Outlook, follow the directions in this article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287424

If you do not have a paid account, you need a program like Freepops to act as Gateway between Hotmail web interface and Outlook.
http://www.freepops.org/en/

The POP3 server setting is 127.0.0.1, port 2000, login name is full email address: username@hotmail.com

Best wishes!
