Broaddcom 4401 to work with Windows 2003 Server

I am having problems getting my Broaddcom 4401 to work with Windows 2003 Server.

Hi:
I installed W2K3 in a Dell 2350, but the NIC doesn't work. I wento dell... they don't have drivers for that NIC under 2003 Server Platform. I went to Broadcom and their drivers (after I downloaded them) don't have any application for 2K3... it's weird because they are listed as 2K3 drivers but you check them up you can tell there is no 2K3 folder anywhere.

Server 2003 is not a commonly supported O/S for that network adapter. I would recommend disabling the network adapter, or removing it if possible, and putting a recent server grade Intel or similar adapter. You need dependability with a server NIC.
