Could someone recommend a good Motherboard replacement

I have an eMachine T2260 that needs a motherboard.  The processor that is in the machine is AMD Athlon™ XP 2200+ Processor.  All parts within the machine are in good shape except for the motherboard.  What I would like is for someone to recommend a motherboard replacement.  I'm not interested in an emachine replacement.  I need the board to have video, LAN & sound.  I've looked at a few MSI boards but I'm not that familiar with AMD so I don't want to purchase the wrong thing.  Thanks in advance.

The best thing to do is go to AMD's site and look through the motherboard list for your cpu.

1) Finding a SocketA (462) mobo might be a bit on the fun side though.

2) You need to make sure your current power supply has the same power pin-out as the replacement mobo. Or get another power supply.
Also the other wiring (eg: front panel, usb headers, etc) will probably need to be redone.
