Hi

I have been developing an application in VB 2005 since the beginning of the year.
I need to use a backend database with my VB 2005 Front End.

The reason is that I have an Access database that pulls in hundreds of Excel files
and I wanted to migrate this to a VB 2005  Tools for Microsoft Office front end.

Is ASP.net the answer?

i better say that you should go with SQL Server 2005 or 2000 at least!

>>ASP.net the answer?
ASP.NEt is not a database it is a set of web development technologies from Microsoft for developing WebApplications.
