I have a user that likes to send his business logo jpg file as part of his v card. Problem is the jpg file ends up as an attachment to the receiver of the message and I want to know if there is some way to prevent this behaviour or arrange the e mail so that the jpg image is embedded in the emal.

Dear ghp7000,
I think this should be done at client level. To download the images directly while viewing outlook do the following
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Security tab.
Under Download Pictures, click Change Automatic Download Settings.
Clear the Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail check box.

Refer : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP010859521033.aspx

Hope this helps

Cheers!

no, this is not what I mean. The sender wants to send his emails with his vcard attached with his company logo in the vcard. But when the sender's message gets to the recipeint, the recipient gets the business logo jpg file as an attachment  which can be viewed or edited at any time. What the sender wants is to send his e mail with his business logo but he doent want the recipient to be able to edit the jpg file.

never mind, after a lot of searching on the net I found the answer-basically you have to create a custom signature by editing the html source code directly
