Teaming NICs on Solaris 10 V880 Platform

Trying to set two Fiber GigE NIC to team, attatched to two difference Cisco 6k switch for load balancing and reduntancy.  Can anyone point me to an aritcle or give the the cliff notes on the how to on this.  Also I noticed for some reason the internal copper NIC is using the same MAC address as the Fiber NIC, any insight as to why?
