Shared Calendars in outlook 2003?  " Unable to display .... .... "

We have 5 uses an we are using exchange with SBS 2003. We have  shared our calendar and give permeations for other users . When we want to see the other user’s calendars, we click the name button and then we select the  user that we want. After that, we get this error message. “ Unable to display the folder. The folder cold not be found”. What could be the problem? Thank you,

How did you share the Calendar?  Did you use delegates or actually set the permission on the calendar directly by right clicking > Properties > etc

If you set the permission directly on the calendar you will also need to add reviewer permission to the root of the users mailbox otherwise you won't be able to expand the mailbox.  If this is the case right click the root of the users whom you wish to share - usually called 'Mailbox - username'.  Add the permission of reviewer to the security and it will work
