I am trying to get a stable version of Apache for Unix AIX 4.3.3. In the archive there are many:

http://archive.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/aix/

But in the main website, there is only one version, which is pretty old:

http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/aix/

Any experiences or suggestions? Thanks in advance for all the help.

Apache HTTP Server 2.2.3 is the best current version.

I guess you will have to build it from the source code for AIX, as I can not find any binaries...
