to get suitable menu style and also to ask regarding changing letterhead

Where can I obtain information regarding different menu styles and their code i.e. in short where can I learn about making different menus?Also if I want to change an existing letterhead for a company can I change it?If yes ,how?

You can take a look at list meus here (there's quite a variety):

If by "letterhead", you mean the company logo, you can change it if that's what the company wants. You can create it in any decent graphics application like Photoshop yourself.

 For a simple one you might play with some free sites where you can choose a font and style:

http://cooltext.com/  (click on "design a logo")


..or the free version of Xara:

http://highpowergraphics.com/xaratools.html (scroll down a bit and change the text, colors, font etc.)
