G'day mate

http://www.codecomments.com/VBScript/message257394.html

It's VBcode that will take a formatted txt file and reset the passwords

To complete the project you'll need a list users > Cool little app > http://www.systemtools.com/hyena/report.htm
Easy to use and you can export the users from AD

A random password generator http://www.sharewareisland.com/randompasswords.aspx

Generate the passwords on that site. You can create a load of them.  Copy and paste them into Excel.  Tie up the AD Export to the random passwords and export that as your text file.  You should be good to go, just use that .txt file as the input for your VBScript.

this aint no integrated solution to your question but still very east to do.  Download Hyena and have a play, should be what you are after.
