Convert AutoCAD .dwg files to Visio?

We have a number of Floor Plans created using the AutoCAD Drawing Database (file extension .dwg).  Our user group doesn't have access to this software so I'm wondering if these .dwg files can be converted to Visio?  If so, can they later be edited/changed?  If not, do you have another software suggestion for conversion?

Scroll down a bit at this link and find the procedures to import a *.dwg into Visio. It seems to be done from within Visio itself.

This looks helpful... thanks.  Will give it a shot and come back if I have more questions.
