Reply to plain text emails with HTML format by default

When I receive an email in plain text I would like my reply to default to HTML - how do I do this ?

Greetings, GlenStreet !

Outlook replys in the format that the email was sent. You can change the format manually when you reply

There is nothing natively within Outlook to reply to plain text email with HTML format automatically.

I was waiting to see if anyone else had any ideas, as a colleague of mine doesn't think the answer is correct - he suggested there is a way of doing it with templates, but is not sure how.  If nobody come up with anything I will accept that there is no way of doing it...
