Try Somarsoft's DumpSec (http://www.somarsoft.com/), Sysinternal's AccessCheck (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Security/AccessChk.mspx), and AccessEnum (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Security/AccessEnum.mspx).
The first and the last will walk down a directory tree, listing only permissions that differ from the parent folder.
AccessChk will search for permissions for a given user or group.
