product list in portal field

i have three tables, customer, product and invoice.

i want to make a product list on an invoice layout.

and i want to make a product disappear on the list after purchasing.

do you know how to do that?

To do this you want to connect a table occurance of products to invoices on product ID with a relationship where the Invoice::prodID  is not equal to the Product::product ID. The trick is to enter something (anything) in the Invoices::ProductID field. as long as the data does not match anything in the products table, all the products will show. once a product is entered all the other ones will show.

On another note, usually an invoice has a related invoice items table so that you can enter multiple items. You did not mention anything like this so I did not take that into account.
