Our Exec. Assistant sent an email to 6 internal employees and about 10 other external recipients(Board Members!) on October 27th. Everyone got it, everyone replied. Today, she got replies again saying "You already sent this" from a bunch of them. She swears she didn't resend it, and it does not show up in her Sent Items. I tracked the email in Exchange, and sure enough, it shows, in the SAME email subject, that it was sent on the 27th, and then a little lower (after all the "Submitting to Advanced Queue and all that stuff), that it sent again this morning. I can't figure it out.....Any ideas? She did receive one NDR from one of the external recipients who is no longer at a certain email address.....HELP! Thanks.
