How to resolve access probles to Project Web Access after change PC?

Hi experts,

I moved my Project Server to new Machine, I'm created a new accounts of (MSProjectServerUser, MSProjectUser) and I signed the roles made before to these new users.

I used the tool CONNINFO to assigned Project Server DB, but now I can access the administration Project Web Access (I recived the error 5002). What can I do?

Thanks.

5002: The user being authenticated was not found in the database.
Open table MPS_WEB_RESOURCES and check out if there is there is your login.

If it doens't help I need more details
- type of authentization
- User name
- LOG from IIS (only part when login failed)

Let me explain, I'm not moved the server where the DB is, I use the same SQL server machine, for the old and new Project Server, with the old Project Sever I can access without problems, with the new server I received the Error:

"You have entered an incorrect user name/password combination. (5005)"

That you suggest, I open the table MPS_WEB_RESOURCES and the information is correct, in the fields RES_Name, WRES_Passsword.

1) I'm ussing MPS acount

SER-PDMS-3 is the name of the computer and Proy is the name of the domine, the new computer is in another domine.

Yes, I just have probles with MPS Project authentication. In the log file appear the domine Proy, because first I need logon into the domine, and then MPS.

I'm  using MPS acount.

I do not have identic computers name in my domain.

>>
I think, the solution could be sync with the new domine, Can you tell me how can do that?.

Thanks.
1) Did you configured trust  relationship between domains.  (there have to be relationship when you will be using Project Proffesional)
2) if there is a relationship configured check out that this relationship work.

- create share on PWA computer and grand permission to user from 2nd  domain

3) if this doesnt help
open IIS console ans in the loggin configure what will be loged.
