We've added new domains names and configured to receive mail correctly through the recently added ones.  How can I now switch the default from field address for users in Exchange 2003?    3rd party tools not preferred.
thanks,
Mike

Hi wang0162,

No need for 3rd party tools, all you have to do is change the default address in the recipient policy (where you added the new domain to be received), select the new addres, and hit "Set as default"

Just to add to that, once you do this you will need to hit OK, and then select "yes" when it asks you if you want to update all email addresses in the domain

Ah yes, depending on your amount of users, it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour - it (the RUS) seems to do it alphabetically
