Problem with SetViewFilter on hotspot rectangle

hi experts,

i have a view with a generic view selection formula.
i want to use this view to display all content, and sort it using a button with SetViewFilter

i have a main navigation with a bunch of hotspot links

here is the code for 1 of them, there are 4 like this and 6 plain link to view

@Command([OpenView];"$ind");
@SetViewInfo([SetViewFilter];"a";"industry";1);

when i first open the database and press 'a' it works just fine, problem is any further views that are selected seem to also filter by industry = a,

any ideas how I can adapt the above code so that 'filter' is 'killed' off when the view is rendered, so that the next view selected is not subjected to a industry =a filter.

i know, clear as mud!

ta

That's odd, how are those views selected.

By the way, you can reset the filtering in any (or all) view's QueryOpen or PostOpen.
