Hi Experts,

All records have a unique value called Index_No, and ofcourse those records represents staff members with different nationalities.each record have a field called Nationality.

I need to show in my report the Highest 5 represented nationalities, and also lowest 5 represnted nationalities. An example :

United States of America       18 Staff
France                                 16 Staff
Suadi Arabia                         9  Staff

And so on....

Can we do that in Crystal ?

Cheers

Hi Faraj...sorry for the delay..there should be a button in your Crystal Report program that is called GROUP SORT. You should be able to set the TOP N sort there.

Please let me know if you have specific questions.

Thanks
