adding window list to MDI menu.

I'm trying to add a 'Window' item to my MenuStrip on an MDI, to list all open forms in the MDI.

Looking at examples on the net, none seem to work.
I've read about setting the menu item to MdiList = true, but the property doesn't exist ??

How do you do this now ?

apparently, the MDIList was for NET1 and its menu system. for the menuStrip it has been replaced by MDIWindowList property, according to that forum question in the link...
"To create an MDIWindowList set the MenuStrip's MDIWindowListItem property to the ToolStripMenuItem which you want as the parent of the list. This is typically the "Window" ToolStripMenuItem. If that's set, we'll add an entry for each mdi child in that list. If you want to further customize what we have there, you can check for the bool IsMdiWindowListEntry on ToolStripMenuItem. "
