They have to be the most annoying function of DW. I have a CMS system and all my files match 100% because all the data is in the DB...so when I do a file compare it should be 100%...on the other hand I have all these _notes folders!!!<br />

I turned off design notes in 'manage sites', but it just keeps coming back, I've deleted all the _notes folders...but back they come.<br />

What is the PERMANENT solution to disable this option?<br />
