EXCHANGE 2003  SMTP COMMUNICATION ERROR

2 Weeks ago I moved our exchange system to a new server.  At this point in time we are up and running fine with the exception of outgoing mail to AOL and Comcast.net (as far as I know these are the only two) we receive rejection error.

"There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. (exchange.hansellmitzel.com #5.50smtp;521-EHLO/HELO from sender 69.7.33.127 does not amp to exchange.hansellmitzel.com in DNS" This error comes from comcast.net

"Could not deliver the message in te time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator. (EXCHANGE.hansellmitzel.com #4.4.7) this is the error from AOL.com

Check your forward and reverse DNS for starters.

exchange.hansellmitzel.com points to 66.175.27.125, however it looks like your SMTP connections are being seen as coming from 69.7.33.127 (apparently that's mail.hansellmitzel.com)

Thanks....
It was pointing to the wrong server also needed to have reverse lookup added. Problem solved.
