laptop with cingular laptop connect

i need to make small network with three computers.
there is no dsl and cable internet....
can i use one laptop as dhcp server and wifi spot so that i can share cingular laptop connect?

Yes. assuming you have windows XP on the laptops, enable connection sharing on the wireless network card settings. Instructions can be found at the link below under "Sharing the Connection"

If you have wireless on all the laptops, have a look at the whole article as it explains how to tie them all together without an seperate router.
