As I said before, it is known problem that Rich Text formatting can cause the problem. &nbsp;Is the attachment a DAT file? &nbsp;If the recipient email client is not Outlook, the email created with HTML format can appear as a DAT attachment. &nbsp;The client cannot read Outlook proprietary HTML code.

It's an Outlook 2003 to an Outlook 2003. &nbsp;No attachments. &nbsp;Mail comes in as attachment though when source client is configured for HTML.
