Looking for commercial use RSS weather feed by zipcode or alternative

Subject says it all..

A client of my company wants to have the current weather conditions on their homepage for the area in which they are selling property. I know Yahoo and some other companies have RSS feeds that deliever this info, but when you read the terms of use, they do not allow it for commercial use. I need a place where I can get an RSS feed or an alternative way to put up to date weather conditions on their page and I will pay for it if need be. This is 500 points because I need immediate direction.
