There is a problem with the printer engine??

Hi i have a Canon LBP-660 and when I print the software that came with it pops up and says There is a problem with the printer engine?? press f1 for help. I press f1 and I get

The printer has an internal problem that is preventing it from printing.

Contact Product Support for service.

Windows Printing System Help (c) 1998 Microsoft Corp.

Anyone any idea what this internal error could be????

broken printer..

The message tells you that it is not a user serviceable part....so get on the phone and make that call.
