Cannot start tomcat 3.3 from within eclipse (urgent)

Hi all,

When I try and start eclipse from tomcat I get this error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tomcat/startup/Tomcat
Exception in thread "main"

Thanks for any help.

which eclipse plugin are you using for tomcat?
is it Sysdeo Eclipse Tomcat Launcher. if so did you set the tomcat parameters under
window->preferences->tomcat
tomcat version, tomcat home, context declaration mode ...etc
