SQL Maintence Plans Not Running

Hi There,

I've got an SQL maintence plan that runs a database backup job and a database integrity check. These jobs have both started to fail and i can't figure out why. When i go into job history and have detailed history i find both jobs with this error message.

Executed as user: MIRAMAR\sqlserver. sqlmaint.exe failed. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 22029).  The step failed.
