Duplicate emails

I have a 2003 server running Exhange 2003. I have one user out of about 40 that is getting duplicate messages... mostly when she is receiving, but sometimes when she is sending the recipient gets dups and it doesn't seem to matter whether it's internal or external. It appears to happen mostly when Word docs are attached but not consistently. What steps should I take to troubleshoot and track down the problem?

Have you got message tracking enabled?
Does OWA show the duplicates?

Does the problem follow the user to another machine?

Thanks. It seems to have cleared itself up. I could not see anything in the tracking logs that looked suspicious.
