I have a 2003 server running Exhange 2003. I have one user out of about 40 that is getting duplicate messages... mostly when she is receiving, but sometimes when she is sending the recipient gets dups and it doesn't seem to matter whether it's internal or external. It appears to happen mostly when Word docs are attached but not consistently. What steps should I take to troubleshoot and track down the problem?
