better power unit

i want to DIY a PC using core 2 duo E6600 with 7200rpm sata 2 250G hard disk, 2 G size 800Mhz ram speed.
May i know what is the required power in watt.  which brand power unit is better,last longer, can use for 24hour hour no stop for long period on no air conditioner enviroment temperature around 30 to 35 degree C (etc: I Cute, Top Power, HEC, Acbel, Antec, seven team) or recommand some brand and model

IMO . . PC Power & Cooling and Antec are the two best . . a 400 - 500wat would work for you

I would recommend a Seasonic 500W, it is next to PC Power and Cooling in quality, efficiency, and high power output. For continuous use, it will be reliable and use less power.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817151024
