Please view http://www.redbullartofthecan.com/ and look at the images that drop in on the right side. They have a reflection on the top of the square pedestal, and a gradient effect below. How is this done?

flip your graphic upside down and skew it a little then turn down the alpha.  Gradients are done by choosing linear or radial in the color mixer tab, then drawing a box or line or whatever.

Rabel,

I got the Alpha part. Can you explain the Gradient a little better please? I need the image that has been flipped to fade into nothing.

well to create gradients you need to have the color mixer tab open, in the color mixer it has type you it should be solid pull down to linear and then draw a box you may need to rotate the box for a top or bottom fade, then click in the middle of the box so you just get color then move the slider bar in the color mixer. Do this till you get the desired effect.
