Create page embedding mp4 file

I have a 50mb video (in mp4 format) that I need to embed (I suppose?) into a page.  I'm using Frontpage 2003 and have no idea how to go about this.  Creating a hyperlink directly to the mp4 file ends up with a page not found error.  All I want is for the mp4 to start playing when they open the page.  I know virtually nothing about html code, so please either offer source code or specific frontpage instruction to achieve this.  Thanks.
