Is there anywhere to research, study, or find tutorials on this kind of topic?

Like popular programs such as Zend Cart or Pinnacle Cart or other templated / highly dynamic pages use a well structured system of classes and integration..

Is there anywhere I can read about good tips or helpful hints to create better structure and mixing classes or whatnot in PHP to draw dynamic data smoothy and handle it really well and efficiently?

Thanks!

Most of large scale applications have comments to the code to understand what the code actually does. Other than that also have Help Manual.
Anyways, these links may help you.
