Custom Admins Cannot View Users Logged onto Farm thru CMC

I have 30 Presentation 3.0/ 2003 servers in my farm, SQL  Datastore, no citrix patches.
Currently my Helpdesk cannot view users logged into the farm from the MAIN servers tab, Which would show which app, which server etc.
If they click on an individual server, they can see the users on that one server. But they do not have the "global" view. This has worked for them for over 2 years. There have been no updates to the farm to potentially cause this. One by one today, each person that has a Custom Admin Setup has this problem. If I choose to give the "full" permissions, they can view the users.
I tried running the CMC on all servers, and it is the same on all 30.
Any ideas?

It sounds like something changed one of the Citrix Administrator permissions, but then again it might be the local host cache.  When was the last time you ran DSMAINT RECREATELHC on all of your Citrix servers (refreshes the local host cache)?
