Downloading problem

I have a friend that was trying to download NAV 2k7. It stop downloading & he got this message:
"The procedure entry point GetModuleHandleExA could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Anyone familar with this error message & can head me in the correct direction??

He's using Windows 2000 Pro

Believe me, this was NOT on my recommendation. I stay away from NAV as much as I can. I've also changed alot of my clients over to something else with much contentment.

I have discovered the reason for this error message after looking thru NAV's website. It turns out that NAV 2k7 will not run on Win 2k. Only on XP. So no need to post any answers here. Thanks to all who read it. And I apologize for stumbling across the answer.
The reason this isn't going to work is... this is on a W2K Pro pc - apparently NAV 2k7 supports XP only

(Why can't Symantec write their software such that it checks for this and tells you it can't be installed?)

The procedure is not avl in Win2K.
Only available in XP or Windows 2003 Server.
