   *  Open a browser and navigate to https://URL/exchange/userid/calendar replacing "userid" with the Exchange account name of the person whose calendar you need to see.
    * You will see an Outlook Web Access (OWA) login screen. Login with your Exchange account name and password.
    * The person's calendar should open at this time.
    * Note that the person must have shared their calendar with you.

That does work.  Thank you.  However, the one user I tested basically had access to the person's entire mailbox.  Is there a way to view the calendar only?

Hello Lotha44,
In case if a user(User A) wants  shares his/her calendar withe another user(User B) then is can be done by right-clicking on the calendar of User A and on sharing, providing appropriate permssions for User B. Then User B will be able to open calendar of User A even if he does not have access for the mailbox
