How do you find out the FTP port number?

FTP is port 20 and 21 - open the file c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\services for a list of what uses what ports.  You can also just check the IIS manager and the properties of the FTP site.  If that's not what you're asking for, then how about some more specifics.
