All of your mini-dumpts point to: ntkrpamp.exe

try this previous post:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Operating_Systems/Q_21686757.html

Also test your memory:

I would remove all ram except one stick and boot with just one.  You may have to swap in and out as well.  This looks like a memory issue.

That post does not reference a ntkrpamp.exe,
What does it say that i need to do, is it corrupt?

unplug everything you can that will not prevent you from booting to windows,
UNPOWER.pull out the power plug switching off is not enough.

network card first if it is not on the mainboard.
sound card if it is not on the mainboard
video card if it is not the mainboard and move yoru monitor to the default onboard
1 stick if ram if you have added another swap them or use one.

What have you installed recently?? or added?

I would certainly start with upgrading your video card then your motherboard Bios. don't waste your time on the others unless threse two are completed

Hi lkeneston  did you have any BSOD prior to the bios upgrade? this could ev the problem, did you save the old bios?
Try restoring the old bios.
There is no such thing as a bios upgrade for a video card
What was meant here if the bios is realy out dated it may not support the newer video cards or newer hardware.
Did you install a  new video card recently.

Check the capacitors on the motherboard and the power supply.

ok, heres the scoup, no memory errors from either tool, no popped caps, different systemboard bios revisions,
I'm about to buy a new systemboard, i may buy the A8n32-sli deluxe, this will enable me to have both my video cards on a 16x rather then 8x

2 video cards right  try using one and see if that is the problem.
Could you provide more details about these cards?
Why have two?

Hello !!!

I am not able to download the minidump from the link. It looks like the link is down.
You might want reconfigure your system to create a kernel memory dump when it crashes to gather more information. A minidump has litle information.

To do that go to Control panel > System > Advanced (Tab) > Startup & Recovery (Settings) and select Kernel memory dump on write debuging information.

Rebbot your system.

Next memory dump will be called memory.dmp and by default is on \Windows\system32

They are very old. Your PC is running with PAE enabled.

Kernel Mini Dump, 32-bit Addresses, PAE=ON, 3GB=off.

Windows XP, Service Pack 2

So I belive that this happens because DEP is also enabled so PAE is enabled automatically. Those 2001 drivers may no be compatible with this.

This a new function emplemented with SP2. Take a look at:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/875352/en-us

If it happens again we need to take a llok at the full kernel memory dump.

Hope it helps...

Hi,

You are using Norton AV version 10.0.1 and it has known software bug which cause blue screen problem. Your windows are crashed with exactly the same symptom. Upgrade Norton AV may resolve the blue screen problem.

For the first steps we can only give this solution and if the user comes back we can trouble shoot further. if not we cannot do any thing if the user does not respond.

I don't  agree to close the problem. It is a known issue Norton AV 10.1 causes the blue screen.
