123nitab,

Is this a multifunction model (i.e. printer and copier/scanner/etc)?  You may not be able to use all of the features over a network (i.e. bluetooth) connection.  Usually you need to install just a printer driver when "networking" a multifunction printer.

First, try setting up the printer with the USB cable connection.  Get that working.  Then connect the blue tooth printer adapter and turn on your computer's bluetooth device.  Set them to find each other using the instructions and the device password.  Does the computer find the bluetooth device?

This still may not work if the printer is a multifunction device.  If you still have a problem try testing with another printer.

Let me know if you have any questions or need more information.
