Can't send email using web access from IE 7

hello,

I am unabel to send emais from my web access exchange 2003 using the new IE 7.0.  It worked fine before the install.  Now when I hit send I get the tell Microsoft about this problem error.

Has anyone seen this yet?

Hi hmcnasty,

First delete your Internet temp files.
C:\Documents and settings\"profile"\Local settings\Internet Temporary files. The local settings folder is hidden so, click Tools ~ Folder Options ~ View and check show hiddens system files and folders.

Turn off your firewall if you have one.

Disable any add-ons and try.
Right click on the Internet Explorer icon and choose start without add-ons and see if that works.
 
If it does,
Click on Tools ~ Internet Options ~ Programs ~ Manage Add-ons
Click each add-on and check the disable button.
It's a lot of work but, at least this will test to see what is causing the problem.

Or,

The control you need may be damaged. You can not see this via Manage Add-Ons - you must go in the old way (Tools, Internet Options, Browsing History Settings, View Objects). If a Control is damaged it will say so in the Status column. If it is damaged, right click and select Delete, then download a new copy.


Download and re-install IE 7.
