how do I find external css, chrome protocol

A site is using an external stylesheet called by chrome.
can you call chrome other than via js and chrome?

are you referring to the css & jscript chrome menu? what exactly is your question? can you call css files from js? explain more or be specific please.

found the answer to the question.
the firefox extension was loading a style.css via chrome
