Have a look at this page: http://blogs.officezealot.com/legault/archive/2004/05/26/213.aspx  It would take a minor modification of this code to have it flag all contacts.

I never did this because it was too complicated compared to how much time and effort I was willing to put into this.

It looks like this would have worked though.
