I can get to the login prompt and try admin and password for the credentials but stll cannot access the router. I tried resetting back to factory defaults via the reset button, but I still cannot get in. Any suggestions?

Hi VConnick,

Here's some documentation on the device:
http://kbserver.netgear.com/kb_web_files/N100651.asp

It says that the username is admin and the password will be either password or 1234.

Note the reset instructions farther down the page.

Have you tried all of this already?

Hope this helps,
Alan
