How do you know its the pcb? &nbsp;Do the platters spin? &nbsp;If not its the bearings. &nbsp;If they do then it might be the heads. &nbsp;If you dont know for sure, try this suggestion: put the drive in a brown paper bag and put in the freezer for about an hour. &nbsp;Remove and plug directly into your pc and see if it will spin up. &nbsp;We use this method a lot. &nbsp;When bearings seize the freezer can contract the metal in the bearings just enough to allow it to spin long enough for us to retrieve the data.
