What is using the resources, and exactly what resources are used?<br />
Exchange uses what it needs and should give it back. Therefore a high memory use is normal. <br />

Our exchange server is running very slow, I have noticed the following entry in the application logs<br />

0 of 1 folder(s) were deleted during a background cleanup on database &quot;VIP Storage Group\VIP 1 Mailbox Store&quot;. <br />
<br />
This would suggest to me that the 'database maintenance' is still running. &nbsp;I have checked the schedule and it should only run from 2200 to 0400. &nbsp;Information on why this is still running or how to stop it would be a big help!!<br />

This would suggest to me that the 'database maintenance' is still running.  I have checked the schedule and it should only run from 2200 to 0400.  Information on why this is still running or how to stop it would be a big help!!
