In this network we have 2 domain controlers, DC1 and DC2 (Windows 2003), DC1 was an upgrade from NT 4.0 and DC2 is a freash install, All Operations Masters are on DC1, abd both have the Global Catalog, is this a good config? can the global catalog be in the same server as all Oprations Masters?

Hi nourben,
yes, your configuration is fine: even though it is normally required, not to install Global Catalog on Infrastructure Master role holder, this rule is overridden, when all Domain Controllers of the forest are also Global Catalogs.

Should I move all Operation Masters to DC2 since DC1 is an NT upgrade? or should I spread them?

Normally, I prefer to distribute the FSMO roles, following the guidelines of the article I suggested before.
So, PDC Emulator and RID master on the same server, Schema and Domain Naming master on the same machine.
Anyway, you can also move all the roles on the second machine, leaving both DCs as Global Catalogs. Unless you do a lot of domain renaming and new users creation, you will not see a lot of difference in performance.
