What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

unknown drivers/devices can be caused by another program having the wrong drivers installed for it.
There should be either an error associated with it or a problem device listed in the system information.
Also check in administrative tools event viewer applications.

If you open the device manager then the VIEW show hidden devices you may see more devices if there is several of the same uninstalling those may freeup the unknown.
If you have a hardware on the mainboard that has not been dis-abled example, if the network onboard has failed and a new network card has been installed and the onboard not dis-abled in the bios it comes back as unknown.
Try safemode to detect the hardware installed.
If there is 2 or more of the same uninstall all in safemode.
Unplug any external devices then boot to safemode and uninstall just a about anything that belongs to the mainboard including the Universal serial bus controllers.

You will need the mainboard cd inserted when you reboot. It should sort it all out.

driver magician is a good one - http://www.drivermagician.com/. If you don't wanna buy it just select 'register later' and once in the program go to tools>detect unknown devices'. this will give you all the details you need to put into google and find and download the drivers yourself
