I have few questions on Exchange Mailbox and Outlook configuration.  My Exchange structure is very small.  Only 25 users / mailbox.

I have created a Public folder for a General Calendar.  It is working fine.. But what I need to do is have it shown on a common Hallway through a projector screen (hooked up to a PC)..How can i have it such a way that only the calendar screen gets shown on that projector and on day to day basis?

How can I integrate Signatures on all outgoing mails in Outlook 2003? Also have Auto reponders for all the mails we receive?

Thank you,
Nirmit

Two separate questions again, that are not related.

The Public folder one is very easy though. Use OWA. Write a custom HTML page that automatically refreshes and then put in a link to

http://servername/public/folder/calendarname

Then have that page on the screen.

Shouldn't all users have the same email signature?

You wouldn't let your users design their own business cards, would you? So, why do you let them design their own email signatures? Think of the damage they could be doing to your brand reputation! Choose the easy way to manage set up and add email signatures for all users.
