Does Sybase ASE support Indexed Views? They will be used for Full-Text Search.

It doesn't.

ASE 15.0.x does support functional indexes, ie. indexes on expressions and/or derived columns, which could give you some of what you're looking for.

The bundled Full-Text Search engine will significantly outperform ASE's text searching and indexing.

Another thing to consider is Sybase IQ. It is less mature than ASE, and needs more work to understand, but the gains in disk compression, indexing and query speed simply aren't believed by most people. 8-) It has some text-specific indexes which could be very useful to you. Note, it's more expensive than ASE though.
