We have many users who use a blackberry to receive emails. When new employees join our team we add there credentials to a contacts list.  I want to be a able to update the contact list in outlook for all users without having to logon to each of there proifles individually and updating them.

Wouldn't they already have the updated list as part of the Outlook global addressbook?

Can you expand on a process of implementing a global addressbook update.

I am not sure how I can synchronize the global address book to there blackerry's.  The process I perform now to update there contact list is copy the contact list in the public folder in outlook and paste it into there personal mailbox contact list.  Their address book on there blackberry will update when they issue the reconcile now.

At the company I work for, there's one global addressbook with everyone's contact details in it. Whenever users are added or removed from that list, it doesn't affect anyone else's setting whether they use a desktop, laptop, or Blackberry to access or reply to their emails.

The Global Address List contains the names and e-mail addresses of everyone in your organization. The Microsoft Exchange Server administrator creates and maintains this address book. It can also contain global distribution lists and public folder e-mail addresses. Subsets of the Global Address List are displayed in the Address Book when you choose an entry under All Address Lists on the Show names from the list. You can download the Global Address List for use offline.

When using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Cached Exchange Mode, the Offline Address Book is downloaded by default and updated once every 24 hours.
